It is with great sadness that I share the news of the passing of a former adult leader of our troop, Carrie Trueblood.
Carrie was active in the Boy Scouts of America and in our troop as the Advancement Chair for 5 years. She was influential in helping many of our former scouts through their ranks and in reaching Eagle. Her passion and dedication to the scouts was evident in the successes of her son Jake who earned his Eagle Rank in 2001 and was subsequently awarded 7 bronze, 6 silver, and 6 gold Eagle Palms. Carrie's funeral will be held on Saturday, August 28, 2010 at 2:00 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Monument. Please keep the Trueblood family in your thoughts and your prayers.

To find the counselors for a merit badge, login to the troop website and on the left-hand navigation Menu, go to Files and open the link named Troop 637 Counselors Grouped by Merit Badge.
